Do you want to take on a MAJOR leadership role with Girl Scouts? We are looking for 25 Girl Scouts in grades 8, 9,or 10 to serve on a national internship team. These 25 interns will plan the world’s largest girl-led event for girls and young women and everyone who supports them: G.I.R.L. 2020 in Orlando, Florida. Here’s how YOU can secure a spot on this national team:
1. Visit the Girl Scouts G.I.R.L.2020 website.
2. Download the “G-TEAM Internship Information” document and read through it all.
3. Create your video. You’ll need to create a 60-second selfie video talking about how Girl Scouts has helped you become a Go-Getter, Innovator, Risk-Taker, or Leader – or all four!
4. Complete your application by November 19th. The link is included in the Internship Information document.
5. Understand what happens next. Girl Scout councils and Girl Scouts of the USA will conduct a formal review of all applications and the internships will be announced on January 25, 2019.
