A Woman on #TheNew10

Recently, Treasury Secretary Jack Lew announced that a woman of historical significance would replace Alexander Hamilton on the new $10 bill, and they’d like your help to choose who it should be.

Here’s why this is so important: It will be the first time in more than a century that a woman will appear on our currency. U.S. Treasurer Rosie Rios even recorded a video to urge you to make your voice heard.

The redesigned $10 bill is scheduled to roll out in 2020, just in time for the 100th anniversary of the 19th amendment, which granted women the right to vote.

Who do you think it should be? Share your choice on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram using #TheNew10.
